Adele, who currently lives and works in Gloucestershire UK, completed a Fine Art Degree in Printmaking at Brighton Art College between 1982 and 1986. In 1992 Adele completed her teacher training at Reading University and lived in Dorset and South Pembrokeshire, Wales before returning to the island of Jersey in the Channel Islands with her family. After winning a travel Scholarship to the International Calligraphy Exhibition in Moscow Adele trained as a Calligrapher with the Society of Scribes, London, and since with many leading Calligraphy Masters. Adele is a member of the Society of Scribes and Illuminators, London, CLAS, the Letter Exchange and GLA in Gloucester. Adele runs workshops and courses and completes bespoke commissions. Adele has been working closely with Highgrove this past year on a commission for King Charles III.
